My Process
Working with a life coach may seem like a murky endeavor.
Sit and talk about what’s going on, sure – but where’s the action? How does change even happen? What’s the measure of a quality life coach anyhow?
I hear you. You want proof that this process will get you results. It will because I utilize a tried-and-true system that elevates your mindset one level at a time. My role is to effect real change, and I do that by helping you move up through the 7 levels of perception through strategic personal coaching. Oftentimes, people get stuck not because they don’t have the ability to be more of the person they want to be, but because they are trapped in a way of thinking that doesn’t allow for true fulfillment.
There are specific patterns of thought that color your experience, and when you change those thought patterns, the circumstances of your life start to rearrange themselves – almost as if you had nothing to do with it. You set the ball in motion by talking to me.
How It Works
1. Schedule Your Session
When you sign up, you’ll receive an email with a link to an 84 Question Assessment. In our de-brief, we’ll discuss your ARL or Average Resonating Level and your current stress reaction; then we’ll come up with a rough blueprint for how to build your new and improved mindset – the one that will help you achieve your goals.
2. Take the Assessment
You’ll need to set aside about 20 minutes to go through the questions in this complementary assessment. Answer the questions as honestly as possible. Afterwards, you’ll get an email with some general results, but we’ll go through this information in depth when we meet so you understand exactly where you’re starting from.
3. Build the Life that Lights You Up
Through one-on-one coaching, we start deconstructing and constructing the mindset that will be your engine for everything and anything you choose to pursue. But we don’t just build the engine, I give you a toolbox, so you’re never stuck. In addition, in every session we find the next actionable item you can do today, so you are never stagnant.
Ready To Do This?
We are always making up stories about our experiences.
Why not tell ourselves the best possible version of that story?
